A trolley built for your material
Cage, shelf and platform trolleys for tugger trains, indoors and outdoors. Load capacity, dimensions and chassis to your requirements.
INTRALOG s.r.o., Slaný, Czech Republic.
Trolleys in service. A trolley for aluminium ingots, outdoor trolleys ready for dispatch, shelf trolleys for KLT containers.
And what do you need to move?
Small parts to the line, containers from the warehouse, pallets, and empty packaging and finished goods on the way back. Three situations we meet most often, and a fourth for everything else. We adapt every trolley to your material and aisle width. Types are routinely combined in one train.
-
Mixed and bulky material?
Cage trolley. For material that will not fit on shelves or has no fixed size: parts of different shapes, foam and lightweight materials, waste. The mesh cage holds it even on corners.
-
KLT containers and boxes?
Shelf trolley. Several tiers of KLT containers within reach, with no bending and no restacking. The typical milk run between warehouse and production, with several stops on one loop.
-
Pallets, drums and heavy items?
Platform trolley. A low deck you load with pallets from the side, by forklift or crane. On the way back it takes empty packaging and finished goods.
-
Or something else?
You have come to the right place. Long material, hoses, unusual loads: anything that has to travel in a tugger train, we design and build to suit your material.
One train, different trolleys
The tugger is yours, we supply the trolleys. We choose the chassis so the train tracks true through corners. Whatever you carry, we will find a way.
- Mixed material?Cage. Nothing falls out on corners.
- KLT containers?Shelf. Parts within reach.
- Pallets and drums?Platform. Side loading.
- Something else?Custom. Built around your material.

Why a custom trolley
An off-the-shelf trolley dictates how you pack your material and how you handle it. With us it is the other way round: your material sets the load capacity, dimensions and chassis of the trolley. The design is ours.
- since 2011Our own design
- by agreementLoad capacity per trolley
- about 6 weeksFrom brief to finished trolley
We confirm load capacity and lead time for each specific brief.
- Dimensions
- Width to suit the aisle, height to suit the container and material.
- Load capacity
- Depending on what you carry. Outdoor trolleys up to 3 t.
- Build and surface finish
- Cage, shelf or platform, with the surface finish of your choice.
- Coupling
- For your tugger and for the next trolley in the train.
- Chassis
- Wheels for concrete factory floors, or pneumatic tyres for outdoor surfaces.
How it works
From brief to finished trolley in four steps. You know in advance what you get from us at each step.
Consultation
We go through your operation, material, dimensions and handling with you. The result is a brief for the design. We need to know the route the train will take, how wide the aisle is, and what is loaded and how often. That gives the load capacity, dimensions, chassis type and the number of trolleys in the train.
Dimensioned sketch for approval
Before production starts, you receive a dimensioned sketch showing the coupling, wheels and load deck.We agree the sketch together, and only then does it become the basis for production. As long as something on it does not suit you, we change the sketch, not a finished trolley.
Production
We build the trolleys to the approved sketch, in the agreed quantity. The design is ours, so you settle any change to the brief directly with us, and every further trolley of the same type is identical to the first.
Delivery and spare parts
We deliver the finished trolleys to your site.Spare parts and consumables for the trolleys can also be supplied later, as needed.
